These two positions are open to both entry level grads and experienced grads.

Summary: Assists Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, and quality standards are met. Exercises independent judgment related to day-to-day administration of assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assist project managers in establishing the project scope and standards.
Review entire bid package for constructability and to obtain complete scope of the project.
Assist with package takeoff’s to ensure complete package buyout.
Attend project meetings to keep up to date with project progress and trends.
Begin building relationships with subcontractors and design teams.
Prepare and monitor tracking logs for contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, RFI's, change orders, material deliveries and other quality control.
Prepare change proposals, learn to negotiate change orders, execute change orders, and prepare revisions to the budget as a result of change orders and management revisions with direction of primary Project Manager.
Work closely with foreman and project manager.
